Dieter Mößner

For more than 26 years, Dieter Mößner is now a pharma packaging expert. He had been long time working at a leading global manufacturer of cardboard and paper-based pharma packaging producer as technical project manager and key account manager. He has led projects in Braille application, serialization, tamper evidence and anti-counterfeiting of pharma and healthcare packaging and has consulted customers and artwork agencies in artwork creation, print data communication and typesetting workflows. Dieter had composed parts of the guidelines Braille on Folding Cartons, published by the European Carton Makers Association ECMA. He had been Convenor of ISO/TC 122/5/WG 15. This working group at the International Standards Committee for Standardization ISO has created the International standards ISO 17351:2013 Braille on Packaging for Medicinal Products and ISO 21976:2018 Tamper Verification Features for Medicinal Product Packaging. He has been chairman of the packaging standards committee NAVp at the German Standards Institute DIN for 8 years and for 6 years its vice-chairman.
