With over 15 years of experience across leading pharmaceutical organizations, he has managed complex R&D portfolios, supervised the development of APIs and finished dosage forms,
and led cross-functional teams responsible for analytical development, preformulation, and technology transfer. His expertise includes polymorphism, particle engineering, XRPD and Raman-based characterization, as well as regulatory strategy for bioequivalence.

He is the author of scientific publications in analytical automation and digital transformation in pharma R&D and serves as an industry speaker at conferences and expert panels. Combining scientific depth with practical development experience, he provides advanced training for R&D teams and supports organizations in optimizing formulation strategies, analytical workflows, and innovation in generic drug development.
