In order to ensure the safety of our attendees, it is important to make sure that our attendees and other stakeholders of our event are aware of the guidelines released by the World Health Organization and CDC (Centres For Disease Control And Prevention).

Some of the guidelines are:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly (for at least 20 seconds) with soap or an alcohol-based hand rub.
  • Avoid direct contact with farm animals and wild animals (either living or dead)
  • Avoid close contacts with the people who appear to be sick (especially when they are suffering from cold and sneezes)
  • Avoid touching your face (and especially your eyes and mouth) with unwashed hands.

We request all our delegates and partners to notify us if they have a history of infection/symptoms. In case, if the delegate has been to one of the infected areas and if they have symptoms similar to flu, we ask them to substitute with another delegate in order to ensure the safety of other attendees.
