Prof. Rasmus Bro is running one of the worlds largest chemometrics group, founded in 1994 at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has written numerous papers on the analysis of complex chemical data such as fluorescence, NMR, GC-MS, NIR, HPLC etc. He has made seminal contributions in fields such as environmental analysis, metabolomics, process analytical technology and others. He is the fourth most cited scientist within the field of analytical
chemistry according to Ionnadis et al. 2019.

His research has been implemented in numerous software packages and utilized in disciplines varying from clinical studies, gastronomy, oil refining, brewing, dairy analysis and many others.

Prof. Bro is currently running an industrial consortium called ODIN and has been leading and participating in numerous industrial as well as academic projects over the years with partners from all over the world.
